Will it turn my skin green or fade?
No. Our 316L stainless steel base resists tarnishing and is skin-friendly, so your pieces stay golden and your skin stays happy with everyday wear.
Is it waterproof?
Our pieces are water-resistant for everyday life, but to keep them looking their best we recommend removing them before swimming, showering, or working out, and storing them dry.
How do I care for my jewellery?
Keep it dry, store it in your Glazey pouch when not worn, and gently wipe with a soft cloth. A little care keeps your gold glowing for years.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — every order arrives beautifully packaged and gift-ready, with a handwritten note. Perfect for treating someone (or yourself).
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada. Shipping is $7, or free on orders over $50. Orders are packed within 2–3 business days and typically arrive in 3–7 business days.
Do you ship to the USA?
Yes! Standard US shipping is $12.99 USD (free over $75 USD), arriving in 5–10 business days via tracked post. No customs or duty fees apply on your order.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns of unworn items within 14 days for exchange or store credit, and we'll always make it right if something arrives faulty. Pierced earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
