We currently ship across Canada. Shipping is a flat $7 CAD, or free on orders over $50.
Orders are carefully packed by hand and shipped within 2–3 business days. Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on where you are in Canada.
United States Shipping
We're happy to ship to our US friends! 🇺🇸
Standard shipping to the USA is $12.99 USD, with free shipping on orders over $75 USD. Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada via tracked post and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. Good news: US orders under $800 USD are not subject to import duties or customs fees — the price you see at checkout is all you pay.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Change of mind: Return unworn items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items: If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund. A quick photo helps us sort it faster.
Pierced earrings: For hygiene reasons, pierced earrings are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

US Returns: We accept exchanges or store credit on US orders within 14 days of delivery, with return shipping paid by the customer. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced at no cost to you. Pierced earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons.
